Bioremediation

Does your facility have petroleum contaminated soils?

Do you have areas that are unusable due to previous operations? If you answered yes, you may be interested in the new in-situ technology that can save the millions of dollars and speed up substantially the turn-around time on large soil remediation projects.

Use of Exsorbet Peat serves to create an on-site remediation system to provide a cost-effective solution to digest hydrocarbon contaminates from the soil.

Use of Exsorbet peat process dramatically reduces time, energies and costs involved in in-situ remediation (when compared to currently used methods)
Saves up to 35% in actual costs
Complete remediation in as few as 90 days
Requires less: labor, heavy equipment and machinery

This cost effectiveness increases the affordability to remediate an entire site, not just a portion of it.

Does not require construction or additions to the site that are unsightly or become part of the project for years to come.

Protects the environment by minimizing the disturbance to the remediation site.

Enriches the soil with natural organic products.

SUMMARY

Exsorbet is an organic blonde sphagnum peat moss that accellerates natural attenuation of petroleum contaminated soils. The host is a non-toxic, all natural, 100% organic, lab-tested, field proven, industrial absorbent that is economical, efficient, non-abrasive, non-toxic, non-leaching and in its natural state is already biodegraded. The inherent capillary action of the activated absorbent provides a powerful wicking action that absorbs and encapsulates oils, solvents, heavy metals, pesticides, herbicides and all other organic chemicals on contact.

Exsorbet effectively works to:

ENCAPSULATE the free flowing, floating, in-ground, or previously spilled, hydrocarbons,
CONTAIN the spill to a specific area
ARREST further leeching of the hydrocarbons into the soil, or ground water below,
BREAKDOWN the long hydrocarbon chain into its original, and environmentally safe, elements.
